Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery.

Minimize machine downtime to ensure smooth production flow and meet demand.
-
Design engineer and fabricate custom machine parts as needed.
-
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to improve machine reliability and longevity.
-
Collaborate with production leads and supervisors to resolve equipment-related issues.
-
Utilize basic PLC knowledge to identify and troubleshoot control system issues.
-
Assist with maintenance and repair of all production equipment.
-
Conduct routine maintenance checks and make necessary adjustments to machinery.
-
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required; Associate s degree in a technical field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in machine repair within a production or manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance.
-
Knowledge of electrical systems and pneumatic components.
-
Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated equipment.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Basic understanding of PLC systems and ability to perform troubleshooting.

Ability to lift and move objects of varying sizes and weights.

Excellent listening skills with the ability to follow and provide clear step-by-step instructions.

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
