CONNECTIONS Support Analyst
Albany NY

HBITS/ OCFS
Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person email and telephone
- provide direct on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- provide instruction on newly released functionality
- deliver presentations to line staff
- monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- review training materials
- provide technical assistance with data warehouse
