During the Program you will be:
Analyzing your business and building recommendations to develop your strategic & business thinking
Developing local consumer insights and competitive understanding together with our Analytics & Insights team
Building brand equities to fully meet consumers needs and become the preferred product choice in your market
Delivering winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers customer and competitive and ambitious environment
Designing & implementing communication campaigns (media sampling CRM endorsements PR events etc.) collaborating with agencies on best-in-class plans & toolkits (regional campaign localization or development of local campaigns)
Co-leading strategic innovation programs (monitoring execution in market and design of future programs)
Cooperating with local Sales teams to understand local market & retail dynamics to feed our future plans
When you join the P&G Brand Management team youll start out on your journey to becoming a master brand builder who can turn a seemingly simple bottle of shampoo into a household name with a loyal following of consumers all over the world.

Job Qualifications
Business and Technical students of the 3rd 4th or 5th year of study or graduates up to 24 months after graduation
Strong initiative problem solving and advanced language skills in Czech and English
Interest passion and motivation for a career in Brand / Marketing
Available to work min 32h / week
Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
Time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievable
Skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct
Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges voluntary work etc.
Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills
