As Moonlight Agent at W Prague you will be the first spark of our guests experience the person who makes the welcome unforgettable and the farewell just as memorable.
What youll do
Be the first point of contact for our guests: warmly welcome engage and assist with a smile.
Manage check-ins check-outs and reservations with precision and flair.
Provide insider access to everything W Prague and our city has to offer from must-see attractions to hidden gems.
Handle guest requests with style speed and professionalism whatever whenever.
Anticipate guest needs and create Wow moments that make every stay unforgettable.
Ensure smooth communication across departments working closely with Style Welcome and all teams.
Follow safety and security guidelines while keeping our vibe cool and professional.
What were looking for
A charismatic personality someone who loves connecting with people.
Previous experience in guest services front desk or hospitality is an advantage but passion and drive matter most.
Strong communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
Impeccable personal presentation and a natural eye for detail.
Ability to stay calm confident and upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings nights weekends and holidays.
