Mix and serve drinks with precision flair and attention to detail

Create memorable guest experiences by being a true host of the space

Keep the bar area organized clean and well-stocked at all times

Deliver food service when needed and ensure adherence to health and safety standards

Handle cash process payments and complete end-of-shift reports accurately

Collaborate with team members across departments to support seamless service

Represent the W brand with style professionalism and authenticity

Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred

Strong knowledge of spirits cocktail techniques and bar operations

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Confident outgoing and positive attitude

Able to multitask work under pressure and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
