Job Description

Were looking for a high impact leader to shape and deliver our sales agenda across Asia. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep platform experience exceptional relationship skills and the ability to drive complex enterprise engagements from vision to reality.

The Opportunity


This is more than a leadership role - its a rare opportunity to shape the strategic direction and long-term growth of FNZ across Asia. With an established and growing footprint in the region FNZ is seeking a proven commercial leader to accelerate our platform adoption deepen market penetration and elevate our presence with key financial institutions and partners.

As Managing Director Asia youll play a pivotal role in scaling FNZs commercial success across a region that is as complex as it is full of opportunity. This is a senior leadership role that requires both a strategic mindset and operational rigour combining enterprise-level long lead sales execution strong market understanding and the ability to lead through influence and vision.

This is a rare opportunity that will enable you to:

  • Lead a region with vast potential and market complexity where your leadership will directly influence FNZs commercial success.
  • Operate in a fast-paced outcomes-driven environment that values entrepreneurial thinking strategic insight and action.
  • Shape and deliver major deals across the platform landscape leveraging FNZs market-leading technology and deep client partnerships.
  • Build and lead relationships with C-level executives strategic consultants and decision-makers across the wealth and asset management space.
  • Share FNZs story in a compelling way that connects influences and inspires even in the face of challenge.
  • Be part of a global leadership team where drive resilience and strategic storytelling are valued as much as technical expertise.

Were looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity can spot and seize opportunities and is ready to push boundaries to achieve sustainable growth.

What You Bring

  • A deep understanding of the platform service provider space ideally with experience selling or scaling platform-led solutions within financial services business advisory consultancy or fintech industries.
  • A naturally ambitious driven and resilient mindset someone who is energised by challenge.
  • The ability to craft and deliver compelling stories that bring ideas to life inspire clients and win trust in the boardroom.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise sales building market share and driving new growth in complex regional environments.
  • Confidence in navigating C-suite conversations closing transformational deals and managing post-sale client journeys.

Strong knowledge of Asian financial markets and the strategic nuances that come with it.
