About the Role
Were now looking for a Head of Marketing to define and lead a new vision for how marketing fuels Simployers growth impact and market positioning. This role is all about building whats next: a scalable insight-driven marketing engine that elevates our brand and accelerates commercial success.
Following a full rebrand and the launch of our new HRM SaaS platform Simployer One were ready to redefine what B2B marketing can deliver in a competitive fast-moving landscape. Youll lead the change in building a scalable insight- and data-driven marketing engine that fuels our commercial goals amplifies our brand and sets us apart in the market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity sees opportunity in complexity and isnt afraid to challenge the status quo.
