You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFull-time Research Assistant I/II in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 531808) (to commence as soon as possible for 12-18 months with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelors degree or above preferably in Gerontology Nursing Public Health Psychology Social Sciences or other related disciplines. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); excellent interpersonal project management and communication skills; and a strong sense of responsibility. They should also be highly motivated independent and resilient. Previous work experience in research projects related to gerontology would be preferred. Those with less experience or lower qualifications may be considered for appointment as Research Assistant II.
The appointee will participate in community-based research projects. He/She will assist in project management participant recruitment data collection and basic data analysis preparation of proposals reports and scientific publications; and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and on weekends is expected.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits if applicable.
