Be Part of Our Leadership Team and drive HR Strategy as our Head of HR at Panaz.

Panaz a global leader in textile innovation headquartered in Burnley is searching for an experienced people-centred individual to lead our Human Resources function. As Head of HR you will play a key part in advancing our inclusive culture supporting business growth and developing people-centric strategies across the organisation.

Your Impact Senior People Leadership and HR Excellence

  • Develop and execute a progressive HR strategy that fosters high performance and employee engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team shaping business decisions through people insights
  • Lead effective talent management: recruitment onboarding development and retention initiatives
  • Champion an inclusive and positive workplace culture that values diversity and equity
  • Oversee employee relations engagement wellbeing and performance policies and processes
  • Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law and best practice
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes to upskill our teams

What Youll Bring Skills Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role ideally within manufacturing design or SME settings
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent) preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience with change management and facilitating organisational development
  • Innovative solutions-focused and comfortable with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Personal integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
