Job Description
We are looking for an effective Logistics Coordinator to respond to support the supply chain operation of our company. You will be the one to coordinate with the Logistics Manager and Logistics Specialist and support them in achieving the effective distribution of goods.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and monitoring warehouse operations.
- Tracking inbound and outbound status with 3PL provider. Ensure they process orders and report back in time.
- Monitoring inventory and serial number accuracy and performing a stock audit on-site daily. Randomly checking the equipment based on the provided strategic plan.
- Supervising material storage in the warehouse and whether follows the companys regulations. Publishing problem tracking or improvement reports. Following up with 3PL provider until case closed.
- Collecting regular reports from 3PL providers. Ensuring the report has been submitted timely and accurately.
- Training subcontractor for warehouse and cargo return regulation on-site and online.
- Preparing accurate reports for upper management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related fields.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Have basic computer skills and able to use Microsoft software (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills (able to do detailed work).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new things and has the responsibility to complete the assigned task.
- A valid drivers license or having a personal car is preferable.
