Job Summary:Provides logistics support and other general administration duties i.e. outgoing
delivery monitoring control and documentations of inventory movements of assigned product line or non-inventory items i.e. receipt issuances transfer and return transactions; as well as inventory monitoring of assigned product line in the system. Provides assistance in maintenance of updatedfiles and records in FAM.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities of Logistics Specialist
1. Assist in the preparation of Receiving Report in GP.
2. Assists in the monitoring and coordination of delivery status to customers or offsite warehouses and resolution of day-to-day delivery issues with customers and sales personnel.
3. Assist in the preparation of Expired Report and Consolidation.
4. Assists in the receipt of rejected and/or returned products validation of documents vs. actual stocks and physical transfer to warehouse location.
5. Maintains a complete accurate and updated warehouse document files at all times.
6. Assist in the preparation of FAM.
7. Prepares Liquidation Report.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelors Degree preferably related to Business or Logistics.
- With at least 3 years of related work experience.
