We run our own peer-reviewed HKU Journal of Chinese Studies (formerly Journal of Oriental Studies). It is a renowned bilingual semi-annual academic journal specializing in Chinese and Sinophone studies. To support the Schools research strategy and centenary development plan we are inviting a dedicated and capable candidate to join the HKUJCS editorial team as an Editorial Assistant who works full-time or part-time depending on the qualifications of the candidate.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. Immediate availability is preferred with the appointment commencing as soon as possible for up to 2 years and the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
