Job Description
Assistant Research Technician (at the rank of Senior Research Assistant/ResearchAssistant I) in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 532906) (to commence as soon aspossible for one year with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelors degree preferably with experience in handlinglaboratory mouse lines. They should also be highly motivated and able to workindependently and as a team in a multi-disciplinary laboratory environment. Those withless experience may be considered for appointment at the rank of Research Assistant appointee will provide laboratory and administrative support in biomedical researchtechnical support in communal facilities and assist in teaching including student practicum.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will beoffered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
