The Role
The appointee will assist with daily administrative and finance operations and coordinate logistical arrangements for cultural performances and projects including programme planning scheduling production venue operations event coordination artist servicing travel and accommodation arrangements visa applications and performance licenses. The role involves liaising with artist managers presenters other internal departments as well as addressing venue booking inquiries and coordinating logistics for external hirers. The appointee is required to work in flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays as necessary. The appointee will also be required to perform other duties as assigned.
