Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Were seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Sales Trainer to deliver impactful training that boosts sales performance and operational excellence across Inside Sales and Retention teams. This role facilitates engaging learning experiences partners with business leaders to identify skill gaps and drives measurable improvements in sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver and facilitate sales-focused training programs for supervisory and professional audiences. Partner with stakeholders to align learning with business strategy and performance goals. Provide feedback track learner progress and report on training impact. Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage training logistics and ensure a seamless learner experience.
Two years experience in Sales and/or Learning Development (L and D)/training or equivalent technical expertise related to Learning and Development. Experience in Insurance Sales preferred.
