The Job
- Establish and maintain productive professional and influential relationships with key executives at impactful distribution and channel resellers within the assigned region leading to a deep understanding of distribution and partner business organizations.
- Meet and exceed assigned top line revenue goals for each partner while maintaining a profitable bottom line.
- Provide technical support to channel partners during the pre-sales process including product demonstrations proof of concepts and addressing technical inquiries.
- Attend and participate in external sales meetings product seminars and trade shows.
- Aggressively grow partner sales pipeline within SFDC through independent partner sales activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with top consulting groups in region.
- Support channel partners with technical enablement and pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage with potential channel partners.
- Gather feedback from channel partners and customers on product performance and feature requests.
- Work closely with the product development team to relay this feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Partner with Field Sales to drive technical success in regional channel partners.
What Skills You Bring
- Good knowledge of Wireless Access Network.
- Good knowledge of Data Analytics.
- Good knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
- The role requires hands-on experience to be able to log into system and ability to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome thereby requiring
- Understanding of LINUX/UNIX OS structure reading/searching log files for troubleshooting & bash prompt.
- Understanding of virtualization concepts (i.e. ability to read and update virsh understanding of cpu-set PCI-Passthrough).
- Technical Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure - ideally certification from one Public Cloud Domain (AWS Azure GC)
- Ability to use wireshark read pcaps
- A strong understanding of Enterprise Networking and Observability requirements including technologies such as SNMP Flow Packet Capture TCP Fundamentals Routing & Switching DNS/DHCP.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Security Solutions (DDoS XDR etc).
- Knowledge of Enterprise Technologies (Traffic Management Traffic Steering Network Observability Application Observability & Quality of Experience SD-WAN etc).
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management solutions used in Enterprise (LDAP Entra etc).
- Understanding of API (i.e. REST SOAP) for integrating to 3rdParty infrastructure with in an Enterprise.
- Good to have working knowledge of building analytics dashboards using BI tools (i.e. Tableau Apache Superset Microsoft BI)
- Good to have working knowledge of PYTHON SQL.
- Good to have working knowledge of Terraform Ansible.
- Excellent sales presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent networking knowledge and provide best representative of AppLogic Networks products towards customers.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals/quotas in previous positions
- Proven experience in building partner relationships at both executive and operational levels
- Experience in cross border cross cultural workplaces working in a global matrix organization
- Ability to effectively and consistently engage cross functional teams
- Skilled at organization and prioritization
- Driven decision-maker with well-developed business and financial management skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite

- SFDC experience
- High energy self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to work independently. Strong technical knowledge and experience creating strategic business plans and competitive strategies for assigned accounts.
- A good understanding of value-based selling and ROI development.
- Ability to write clear and concise value proposition statements.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
- Ability to coordinate organize and present product demonstrations and other events.
- Good knowledge of 4G 5G packet core networks
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
- Regional travel required (up to 25%).
Work Experience Education and Certifications
- B.A. in Information Technology or Business MS or MBA desired.
- 10 years of telecom/networking based pre-sales experience
