Job Description
社内外と良好な関係を作り目標達成に高いモチベーションがあること
KOLキーオピニオンリーダーAOL エリアオピニオンリーダーへ定期的訪問を行い良好な関係作りを積極的に行えること
配属エリアの市場把握に努めエリア戦略を立案しチーム目標に貢献すること
トレーニングに積極的に参加し製品スペシャリストとしての知識向上に努め
習得した知識で自社セールスや販売店セールスへトレーニングを行うこと
販売店と定期的Meetingを行い目標達成のためのフォーキャストを作成すること
要件
医療機器を取り扱った経験がある方産婦人科領域経験者だと尚可
臨床検査技師の経験がある方
現在の経験を活かし新たに学ぼうとする意欲がある方
解決能力を磨き様々な場面に対してフレキシブルに対応できる方
