業務内容

マスターデータ運用管理業務全般円滑な運用ならびに効率化や改善を推進

マスターデータ業務を理解し自動化や効率化標準化を推進する

サプライチェーンの業務プロセスを理解し様々なデータを取り扱いそれらの集計分析から業務改善提案などを行う

英語ビジネスレベル

MS Office全般が使いこなせる事

Excel関数Pivotなど

ABC分析原因分析問題解決能力があること

サプライチェーンや業界への理解

ERPを利用したマスタデータ管理業務の経験

VBAAccessを使ってデータ分析や改善の業務経験

Power BI等BI Toolを使ってのレポート作成

RPAツールを使っての自動化推進

Lean Six Sigmaの知識

We welcome applications from individuals who can contribute to master data management operations for core systems within the supply chain as well as to business improvement and service level enhancement.

Tasks

Master Data Operations Management (Ensuring smooth operations while promoting efficiency and improvement)

Understand master data operations and drive automation efficiency and standardization.

Understand supply chain business processes handle various data and perform tasks such as aggregating and analyzing that data to propose operational improvements.

Requirements for Application

Technical skill:

Business-level English
Proficiency in MS Office in general
Advanced Excel (functions Pivot etc.)
ABC analysis root cause analysis and problem solving skills

Mindset:

Able to proactively make business improvement and proposal activities with leadership skills
Logical thinking that leads to insights and improvements
Someone who can communicate effectively across departments both within and outside their team
Understanding of supply chain and industry

Plus

Experience in master data management operations using ERP
Experience in data analysis and improvement using VBA and Access
Experience in Power BI
Experience with RPA tools for automation
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
