Salesforceの公共ビジネス事業開発本部Public Sector Business Development: PSBDは公共のお客様がSalesforceプラットフォームを最大限に活用し組織目標を達成できるよう各部門と連携し公共領域中央省庁地方自治体非営利団体などにおける事業開発プランの立案およびその実行を担当しています

職務概要
本ポジションは PSBD本部において公共ビジネスの戦略立案と案件獲得を推進するための中核となる調達情報データベースの構築運用分析を担当しますデータに基づくインサイトを提供することでSalesforceの公共領域における成長を最前線で支える重要な役割です 具体的にはウェブ上に公開されている公共機関の調達情報を収集しセールスフォースのビジネスの観点から収集情報のタグ付け整理統合分析を行い営業部門の利用できるデータベースを構築しその運用を担っていただく予定です公共領域における営業案件獲得には公開調達情報に基づく営業活動のデザインが必要不可欠でありSalesforceの公共ビジネス拡大に貢献する重要な役割となります

主な役割と責任
本部長および担当の指示に基づき主に以下の業務を遂行していただく予定です

* 公共機関の調達情報の収集調達情報が公開されているサイトを閲覧し必要な情報を収集します最新の公開情報を収集するために定期的に各サイトの情報をチェックし常に最新の調達情報にアップデートします
* 調達情報の構造化と標準化多種多様なフォーマットで公開される調達情報を統一された事業分析軸システム種別対象ソリューション予算規模などに基づきタグ付け整理し関係部門が即座に活用できる分析可能なデータ資産を構築します
* 調達情報の分析蓄積した調達情報を分析しターゲットとなる公共機関の調達のトレンドや最新情報を分析します必要に応じて関連部門例営業本部への共有とフォローアップを行うことで営業活動の抜け漏れを防ぎ適切なタイミングでの営業活動への繋がりを強化します
* 各種報告資料作成支援 調達情報の分析を定期的に実施し調達データベースに基づいた営業活動の進捗状況フォローアップの達成度その他部門運営に必要な各種報告資料の作成を必要に応じて支援しますこれにより本部長や関係者が現状を正確に把握し次のアクションへ繋げられるよう情報の可視化を促進します

必須スキルと経験

* 指示理解業務遂行能力与えられた指示を正確に理解し自律的に業務を遂行できる方
* タスクスケジュール管理能力タスクを整理し複数のプロジェクトやミーティングを効率的に管理する能力
* 情報収集能力ウェブ上の情報を収集しとりめとめる能力
* コミュニケーション能力関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
* ITツール活用能力Microsoft Office SuiteGoogle Workspaceなどの一般的なツールに加え一般的なタスク管理ツール例NotionAsanaTrelloなどの使用経験がある方
* 日本語のスキル流暢
