Customer Services Representative (Electronic products)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers enquiries complaints of Pre-sales and After-sales via call email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process order/quotation submitted via fax email and Internet
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2-3years experience in Customer Service or related fields preferably in electronics industry
- Proficient in PC skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese English andMandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
