Job Description
This is a secondment/fixed term contract role for 1 year due to maternity cover.

What you will be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and offering
- Building and maintain candidate pipelines for German-speaking roles
- Conducting phone interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinating interviews assessments and language testing
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in Workday
- Providing timely and professional communication to all candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs
- Representing Capita at job fairs and networking events
What you need to succeed:
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Preferably previous experience in recruitment customer service sales in a multilingual environment
- Experience with volume hiring and language-based recruitment - good to have but not mandatory
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Workday) - good to have but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Proactive organised and solution-oriented mindset
