What Youll Do:
You will play a key role in advising our B2B customers in the IT industry. Your responsibilities include:
Consultation and Support:Assist customers with expiring licenses and take ownership of their inquiries regarding product information pricing and vendor specifics.
Contract Management:Manage license renewal agreements for relevant vendors in accordance with internal and external procedures.
Collaboration:Work closely with other sales team members organizations and management to develop optimal solutions for our customers.
Customer Focus: Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and escalated appropriately when necessary.
Youll be a great fit if you have:
Strong knowledge in German - written and verbal at B2- C1 level
Good knowledge of English
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility are also required
A customer-driven approach and good customer management skills
