Job Description
- Work in Sofia Bulgaria - possible remote work later on
- Training: 3 months in the office 9:00am till 6:00pm
- Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
- You decide which shifts you work - day late or night shifts!
- For late and night shifts: You can move to work from home after training (plus 1 more month at the office)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.
The company:
You will be support German-speaking customers of a travel management company that provides business travel solutions and services to organizations. It offers comprehensive travel management services including booking and managing flights hotels car rentals and other travel-related arrangements for business travelers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care to business travelers on worldwide trips.
- Assist with booking and managing flights hotels and train travel.
- Offer solutions and support for travel-related issues before and during business trips.
- Ensure travelers have a smooth travel experience.
- Address and resolve any travel disruptions promptly and efficiently.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German(must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2)
- You live in Sofia Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
What We Offer:
- Base salary of 3600 BGN gross
- 300 BGN gross performance based bonus available after 3rd month

- For every weekend day worked adder up to 250 for weekend days worked per month

You decide which shifts you work - day late or night shifts!
- Working hours for Day shifts: Monday-Sunday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (weekend shift is 1-2 per month and its 08:00-17:00)
- Working hours for Late Shifts: Monday-Sunday 3:00 pm - 00:00
- Working hours for Night Shifts: Monday-Sunday 00:00 - 08:00 am
Relocation package:
- Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
- The candidate can receive an advance in salary of up to 1056 BGN net (to pay for the rent)
- Relocation specialist available to help with finding accommodation open a bank account etc
