We are seeking a motivated Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join our NCC Finance this crucial role youll be supporting implementing and innovating business applications with a strong focus on Infor M3 and Finance processes. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support for Infor M3 and connected applications ensuring smooth operations and quick troubleshooting for issues
- Collaborate with other functional areas to translate business needs into process and functional specifications and deliver effective solutions
- Innovate and proactively work to develop and support business applications to ensure we stay up to date with software developments
- Participate in or lead process initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Manage medium-large scale projects guiding system configurations and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Apply finance knowledge of systems to determine feasibility of projects
- Configure and guide development of a variety of business applications to align with business objectives and best practices
- Provide guidance develop and deliver training to key-users on application functionality and best practices
- Build long-term relationships with business partners and collaborate with geographically distributed teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of applications
What Were looking for
- A bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration IT or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of Infor (Lawson) M3 consultancy experience in application support development and management roles in the finance area.
- Deep understanding of finance processes ERP systems and their integration with other systems
- Affinity in IT service management (preferably with ITIL v3 certification).
- Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business stakeholders.
- Soft skills like analytical thinking project management collaboration adaptability good communication global change management a proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

This position can be held in any country. The role may require frequent international travelup to 25% of the time with the remainder of the work conducted remotely from home. Benefits will vary depending on the country of residence.
