Are you a driven finance professional with a keen eye for detail and strategic insights At MediaMarkt we are looking for a Senior Internal Accountant / Finance Business Partner who will make a difference in our financial landscape and create impact in a dynamic international environment. As a Senior Internal Accountant / Finance Business Partner you are the financial backbone of our organization. You manage and optimize complex financial processes and provide crucial insights for both internal and external stakeholders. This is your chance to influence our financial course through sharp analyses advising on strategic decisions and ensuring compliance. You will collaborate closely with various teams to take our financial efficiency to the next level. Your key responsibilities are to:
- Carefully prepare and analyze financial reports and consolidations for internal and external purposes.
- Act as a trusted advisor for management translating complex financial data into clear actionable advice that drives the organization forward.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations within the Benelux region.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize our financial systems.
- Support tax reporting and collaborate with tax advisors to ensure seamless compliance.
Who are you
You are an experienced finance professional ready for a challenging role in a fast-changing environment. You love structure have strong analytical skills and communicate effortlessly with both your team and management. Furthermore you have:
- A Bachelors degree level of working and thinking with a relevant financial education.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior finance role.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and IFRS regulations.
- Experience with SAP and preparing financial statements.
