The hotel offers the finest accommodation in Colombo an exciting new dining and social scene and the largest and extensive hotel conference and event facilities. The hotel comprises of 541 rooms and suites.
We are Looking for an Assistant Revenue Optimization Manager.
As an Assistant Revenue Optimization Manager we rely on you to:
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process along with internal stakeholders.
- Professionally and efficiently utilize multiple global systems in line with company policies and best practices to drive performance.
- Optimize pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgment in all segments whilst assisting to drive EBITDA RevPAR Market Share and ADR.
- Control inventory for all transient and group segments.
- Oversee and manage rates in all distribution channels based on market performance and company objectives.
- Support the analysis of information for creating and driving fact-based business decisions and strategies.
- Be responsible for effective implementation and compliance with Shangri-La Revenue Optimization Standards.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Strong analytical ability and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Mainly Microsoft Excel).
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate results into understandable and actionable insights.
- Great leadership and stakeholder management skills to align performance goals and strategy.
- High Proficiency in English reading writing & listening.
- Organized and self-motivated mindset.
- Sound functional knowledge of Revenue Management practices and decisions.
- Experience and understanding on the effective use of IDeas RMS Opera PMS Delphi STR Synaxis and other revenue management and distribution tools
