Job Summary
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and confident working across technical and non-technical teams. The Technical Product Manager will play a central role in translating complex ideas into actionable development plans maintaining clear documentation and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Youll help define and execute the product roadmap coordinate development workflows and ensure milestones are met across engineering design and business units.
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: 20 hours per week (core hours between 09:0013:00 UTC)
Potential to grow into a full-time role as the organization and revenues expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical requirements and implementation plans for new and existing product features.
- Manage the product backlog and guide each feature through its full lifecycle from design to delivery.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation (PRDs technical specifications architecture notes).
- Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and milestones.
- Conduct market and user research to validate priorities and identify areas for product improvement.
- Collaborate with UX/UI engineering and mobile development teams to define and refine requirements.
- Oversee testing QA and launch activities to ensure high-quality releases.
- Partner with marketing and business development on go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance gather feedback and apply data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection standards (GDPR HIPAA readiness).
- Contribute to a collaborative and proactive team culture focused on accountability and open communication.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 5 years experience in product or technical project management for digital products.
- Strong technical understanding across mobile apps APIs databases and cloud systems.
- Proven ability to translate product concepts into clear technical requirements for developers.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects through launch and iteration.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized analytical and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
- Knowledge of GDPR or health data compliance practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in AI/ML health-tech or blockchain/Web3 environments.
- Background in mobile app development (Flutter preferred).
- Familiarity with wearable integrations and smart-contract interactions.
- Experience in startups or early-stage product environments.
- Interest in digital health wellness or biomedical research.
- Passion for longevity health optimization and emerging science.
