Tasks
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Coordinate and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain a fair workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
