Alcohol-Free Beer Director
Are you ready to lead the most transformative and fast-growing category in the beer industry Were looking for a visionary Alcohol-Free Beer (AFB) Director to drive innovation challenge norms and unlock new growth opportunities beyond traditional beer.
What youll be doing
Alcohol-Free Beverages are redefining the beer landscape. As AFB Director youll be at the forefront of this revolution accelerating brand portfolios pioneering new spaces and inspiring change across the organization.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Lead the Category: Champion AFB with bold ambition and strategic vision.
- Accelerate Innovation: Partner with brand teams to expand AFB offerings and identify white space opportunities.
- Disrupt & Inspire: Drive disruptive thinking from concept to route-to-market (RTM).
- Evangelize: Be the passionate voice of AFB internally and externally.
- Lead & Collaborate: Manage a small agile team and work cross-functionally with marketing R&D commercial and local markets.
What were looking for
- Proven experience in category development brand innovation or commercial leadership in FMCG or beverages.
- A track record of launching and scaling new products or categories.
- Strategic and creative mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- A true believer in the potential of AFB with the charisma and conviction to bring others along.
- Constantly curious with a drive to challenge the status quo
- Skilled at building bridges across functions and geographies
- Passion for health wellness and consumer trends.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering tangible results
