Key Responsibilities:

Partner Performance Monitoring:

Tracking and evaluating delivery partners performance based on SLA metrics such as on-time delivery and order accuracy.
Identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans in collaboration with partners.

Issue Resolution:

Acting as the first point of contact for delivery partners to address operational concerns or disputes.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partners receive the necessary support for smooth operations.

Operational Support:

Conducting regular check-ins with partners to assess their capacity resource needs and operational challenges.
Providing training and guidance on our processes and technology tools to enhance partner efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis:

Preparing performance reports and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement or expansion.
Providing feedback and recommendations to the Partnership Manager on partner-related strategies.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience in partner management vendor relations or logistics operations.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SLA monitoring and data reporting tools.
Knowledge of Thailands logistics landscape and regional characteristics.
