- Manage and develop the movie distribution team ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Oversee project planning timelines and budgets for multiple film releases.
- Coordinate closely with marketing events licensors and cinema partners to ensure cohesive promotional and distribution strategies.
- Lead marketing activities and go-to-market campaigns to maximize audience engagement and box office performance.
- Negotiate with exhibitors and international content holders to secure optimal screening schedules terms and marketing approvals.
- Supervise localization and production of marketing materials including subtitles dubbing trailers and key visuals.
- Monitor release performance analyze results and provide regular reports to management with improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Arts Management or related fields.
- 57 years of experience in film distribution media or entertainment industry.
- Proven skills in project management marketing execution and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Passion for anime film and Japanese entertainment culture.
- Proficiency in English or Japanese is an advantage.
