Job Summary
Get to Know the Team
The Mobility team is the main team at Grab responsible for managing all transport services nationwide. We aim to offer the best transportation services to passengers while providing job opportunities for drivers. By joining our team you will be part of a committed group working to make a positive impact in everyday lives across Thailand. You will report to Senior Manager Mobility. You will work onsite in Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Own and drive key supply performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to drive and capture growth for Grab mobility business
- Transform large sets of data to
- analyse and get insights to make business decisions in special projects
- continuously evolve strategies to incentivize and shift drivers behavior and maintain healthy retention rate
- optimize and strengthen core services of Grab transport businesses countrywide with regional marketplace team
- Manage multiple critical time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective execution
- On-ground visit key cities to gather insights opportunities for both drivers and passengers and propose growth strategies
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A Bachelors Degree or above in Economics Business Administration Engineering Statistics and or similar fields
- At least 2 years of work experience
- A passion to solve problems with strong quantitative creative data analysis and project management skills
- Very good English proficiency
The Nice-to-Haves
- Work experience in data analysis project management
- SQL proficiency
