Through a strict control of the evolution of sales and order book direct the activities towards the achievement of the sales target set in the Sales Forecast.
Implementation of the actions detailed in the 3-year growth plan.
Encourage consistent use of CRM by all members of the sales team.
Constant review and assessment of the skills of the sales team members (through skill matrix) and propose specific (internal and / or external) training.
Implement the necessary actions for the smooth parallel development of the different sales channels: EUs OEMs and distributors.
Encourage the spirit of teamwork and the vision of a common goal.
Continuous monitoring of the resources (human and material) necessary for the proper development of the activity.
Work on career path and succession plan keeping a permanent list of the necessary recruitments for three years.
Encourage the spirit of continuous improvement in all areas of work of the team members.
Working with Marketing ensure brand awareness across the various platforms with a particular focus on innovation quality and a strong commitment to the Chinese industry.
Responsibility for the budget and the P&L of his/her area of competence.
Direct contact at senior level with key customers.
Market intelligence and analysis to ensure knowledge of the business situation and developments. Reporting to senior management and HK/UK on issues relating to such knowledge customer opinion of Renishaw market share and competitive situation.
Communicate directly with Product Divisions in UK and colleagues in APAC.
Close collaboration with Marketing for the organization of events.
Frequent traveling within China Mainland and if required abroad.
