Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead providing engineering support across multiple accounts
- Implement and maintain engineering standards and best practices across assigned accounts
- Participate actively in the Account Excellence Program contributing technical expertise and innovative solutions
- Conduct regular site assessments and technical audits to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with account teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to site-based engineering teams
- Analyze equipment performance data and recommend efficiency improvements
- Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple facilities
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 70% of time to support multiple account locations
