DescriptionThis role in Ford is responsible for integrating all electrical components and subsystems together in the most robust way which meet all requirements seeking cost-efficient solutions for new electrical systems or features also leading the investigation of issues found during design verification and vehicle launch.
Responsibilities- Lead the Electrical system logic connection generation and power distribution system development.
- Collaborate with engineering/functional owner to ensure compatibility between components for entire electrical systems.
- Lead the feasibility study and solution development fornew electrical systems or features.
- Perform design verification of electrical system via prototype and preproduction breadboard/vehicle testing.
- Lead the function or End of line issuetroubling shooting for failures identified during design verification and vehicle launch.
- Utilize the connected vehicle big data for key-off-load (KOL) issue diagnostics lead the cloud data analysis to detect the KOL issues during new program launch.
Qualifications- Bachelor/ masters degree in electrical engineering automotive engineering telecommunication engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience inautomotive electrical system engineering with demonstration of good understanding of vehicle functions and EE architecture.
- Familiar with CANalyzer CANoe Picoscope/ Oscilloscope for issue debug.
- Familiar with network communication (CAN/LIN/Ethernet) and diagnostic (UDS).
- Excellent teamwork and communication & presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
