The Role:
Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including sales purchases and re-mortgages
Advising clients on wills probate estate planning and enduring powers of attorney
Liaising with clients financial institutions and third parties to ensure a smooth process
Drafting and reviewing contracts wills and legal documentation
Working closely with partners and colleagues to support firm-wide goals
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1 years PQE ideally with property and/or probate experience
Strong client care and communication skills
Ability to manage files independently with supervision where required
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in this practice area
