The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day operations maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of PRS assets across Dublin. This role will suit an experienced professional with strong leadership financial oversight and tenant management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily block management maintenance and repairs.
- Partner with onsite and leasing teams to maintain standards and minimise vacancy periods.
- Implement and manage PPM schedules and maintenance budgets.
- Conduct property inspections manage tenant relations and handle disputes (including RTB where required).
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience in property/block management (OMC experience desirable).
- Valid PSRA Licence (essential).
- Strong understanding of health & safety and property regulations.
- Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred).
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
