We are hiring for our client a highly regarded Irish law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their established property team in Dublin or Cork. This is a senior-level opportunity offering exposure to complex high-value residential and commercial property work across Ireland.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners on significant transactions advising a broad mix of private and public sector clients. This role suits a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys autonomy responsibility and working as part of a collaborative team.

The Role
Advise on residential and commercial property transactions including acquisitions disposals leasing and development
Draft and negotiate contracts leases licences easements and development agreements
Review title manage due diligence and oversee complex conveyancing matters
Support property development projects from early-stage through to completion
Manage files independently while contributing to wider team-led projects
Work closely with clients agents consultants and other professional advisors
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in property law
Strong technical knowledge across residential and commercial property
Confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision
Commercially astute with strong drafting and negotiation skills
Proactive organised and comfortable working directly with clients
A collaborative team player with ambition to progress
