An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate specialising in Commercial Technology and Digital Regulation to join a fast-growing international firm in Dublin.
Youll work across a range of cutting-edge industries advising leading clients on complex commercial data protection and digital regulation matters. This role offers exposure to cross-border projects high-calibre work and strong career progression within a collaborative global team.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on commercial contracts particularly those involving IP technology and digital services
Provide commercial and regulatory advice to clients in technology media entertainment and life sciences sectors
Advise on data protection and digital regulation compliance
Support clients in their interactions with regulators
Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and globally on cross-border matters
Contribute to business development and support the ongoing growth of the Dublin practice
About You
Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in Commercial Technology or Digital Regulation law
Strong experience advising on complex commercial and technology contracts
Proven track record in data protection and regulatory matters
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a practical commercial mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team
Enthusiastic about emerging technology innovation and digital transformation
