Our client is a property developer.
Job Description:
- Being responsible for all aspects of legal work such as drafting reviewing and developing all kinds of commercial contracts agreements and legal documents in both Thai & English including Sale and Purchase Agreements Lease Agreements Agency Agreements Billboard Advertising Agreements Memorandums of Agreement Loan Agreements and Personal Guarantee Agreements.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of all commercial contracts agreements and legal documents concerning legal and business matters.
- Providing legal advice and optimal solutions on various aspects of the companys business activities to minimize legal risks and maximize the companys interests.
- Keeping up to date with legislative changes to ensure the company is following all applicable laws and relevant regulations.
- Applying for and obtaining permits and licenses on a timely basis e.g. construction permits.
- Conducting legal research through online sources offline sources and oral consultations on complicated legal issues and providing optimal solutions.
- Dealing with external law firms and authorities e.g. DBD RD DIP BOI district office land department etc.
- Being responsible for PDPA as a leader and instructor on PDPA to staff and executives.
- Translating complaints testimony petitions and other documents from Thai to English.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Law.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a legal function.
- Experience in drafting/reviewing construction agreements.
- Good to fair command of English.
