Job Description
Our client is a statutory body set up by the HKSAR Government in 2001. They enable science and technology companies to nurture ideas innovate and grow supported by our R&D facilities infrastructure and services and programmes across five key technology clusters they are currently seeking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.
Marketing Executive STP Platform
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretariat support to the STP Platform its committees and task forces as well as its associated meetings including preparing bilingual papers minutes and providing logistic arrangements for the meetings
- Filing and record management of the STP Platform its committees and task forces
- Coordinate assignments undertaken by outside vendors/consultants
- Assist in event planning and arrangement such as conferences seminars competition and exhibitions
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials through multiple channels
- Source and secure sponsorship
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Performing any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- 12 years of relevant working experience
- Organised detail-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
- Able to work independently manage multi-task and work under pressure
- Self-motivated organized and being a good team player
- Possess great communication skills creative resourceful and a team player
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
