Job Summary

Our client is a statutory body set up by the HKSAR Government in 2001. They enable science and technology companies to nurture ideas innovate and grow supported by our R&D facilities infrastructure and services and programmes across five key technology clusters they are currently seeking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.

Marketing Executive STP Platform

Responsibilities:

Provide secretariat support to the STP Platform its committees and task forces as well as its associated meetings including preparing bilingual papers minutes and providing logistic arrangements for the meetings
Filing and record management of the STP Platform its committees and task forces
Coordinate assignments undertaken by outside vendors/consultants
Assist in event planning and arrangement such as conferences seminars competition and exhibitions
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials through multiple channels
Source and secure sponsorship
Maintain and update customer databases
Performing any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder or above
12 years of relevant working experience
Organised detail-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
Able to work independently manage multi-task and work under pressure
Self-motivated organized and being a good team player
Possess great communication skills creative resourceful and a team player
Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
