The Role
As a Business Analyst you will:
- Advise development teams on best practices and strategic direction for FX platform solutions.
- Champion effective communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Provide insights based on past experiences to guide decision-making processes highlighting both successful and unsuccessful initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring that business needs are accurately represented and addressed.
The Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large American or similar bank particularly within FX platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration between business and IT.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions based on industry best practices.
