Your Adventure Ahead
- This is a role with our latest product: ShopBack Pay - a new initiative that helps customer earns Cashback in the offline/online world.
- To execute the companys plan in acquiring SMB merchant partners
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (for eg. ops team account management team and marketing team) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ShopBack Pay initiatives
- Provide feedback to help improve and streamline sales cycle with optimised operational process
- Provide ongoing support to merchant partners understanding their expectations and optimizing their experience with ShopBack Pay
Essentials to Succeed
- Fresh graduates interested to learn and gain hands-on experience in Business Development are welcomed to apply!
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with good analytical capabilities
- A self-starter and motivated individual with a cant-is-not-an-option attitude. A problem-solver who is not discouraged by failure or mistakes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Hungry and driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment
- Passionate about being part of an exciting new team that wants to make a meaningful impact in the region
- Determination to excel in one of the fastest growing start-up
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows enhance productivity and drive efficiency at scale.
