Drive Growth: Play a hands-on role in acquiring and onboarding small and medium business (SMB) merchant partners for ShopBack Pay our new initiative in Hong Kong that helps users earn cashback in the offline/online world.
Learn by Doing: Gain real-world sales experience from prospecting and pitching to closing and nurturing partnerships.
Stay Ahead: Keep updated on industry trends competitors and new opportunities to help shape ShopBack Pays growth strategy.
Collaborate to Win: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations Account Management and Marketing) to execute ShopBack Pay initiatives.
Make It Better: Provide insights and feedback to streamline our sales processes and optimize merchant experiences.
Be our Merchants Hero: Support our merchant partners understand their needs and help them succeed with ShopBack Pay.

Essentials to Succeed

Fresh graduates interested to learn and gain hands-on experience in Business Development are welcomed to apply!
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills you can tell a story and make ideas resonate.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; you enjoy connecting dots and people.
A self-starter with a cant-is-not-an-option mindset resilient curious and ready to learn fast.
A problem-solver who is not discouraged by failure or mistakes.
