We are looking for a Commis I / III - Main Kitchen () based at Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Commis I / III - Main Kitchen () we rely on you to:
- Prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency
- Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity
- Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
