As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable candidate experience. You will be responsible for providing interview scheduling and administrative support to the APAC and EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This includes managing all interview scheduling requests while proactively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication customer service and expectations management.

What you will do:

  • Interview Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone video and in-person) across multiple time zones. Manage changes cancellations and rescheduling requests promptly and professionally.
  • Calendar Management:Send out calendar invitations and manage interview schedules efficiently.
  • Logistics Coordination:Book interview rooms coordinate candidate travel (if required) and ensure all interview logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Communication:Clearly communicate interview details and updates to candidates interview panels TA Partners and other relevant stakeholders. Send follow-up communications post-interview.
  • Tracking & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of interview schedules and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accordingly.
  • Problem Solving:Proactively address scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Data Integrity:Ensure all scheduling data is accurate and up to date within relevant systems.
  • Candidate Experience:Engage with candidates professionally and warmly representing the Ingredion Employment Brand and ensuring a positive experience throughout the TA process.
  • Process Improvement:Support TA process improvements and participate in team initiatives.

What you will bring:

1-2 years experience in TA process with a strong emphasis on coordinating and managing interviews.

Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g. Outlook Google Calendar).

Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors) is a plus.
