Job Description

SERVICE EXPERTS is currently seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Management & Development organization!

Reports To: Sr. Director Talent Management and Development

Status: Full-Time; Hybrid (Tues Wed Thurs in-office)

People Management

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling coaching and inspiring a high-performing team.
  • Define and drive strategic objectives and outcomes for the talent acquisition function; Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational success.
  • Attract retain and develop top-tier talent; Understand individual capabilities and aspirations; Invest in the continuous growth and development of team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of the talent acquisition function ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition partners ensuring best practices are followed and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define long-term recruitment strategies goals and performance metrics ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and trends to assess effectiveness drive continuous improvement and report findings to executive leadership.
  • Identify and implement advanced recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes enhance candidate experiences and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and recruiting sources to enhance the talent pipeline and support the organizations growth.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the companys reputation in the job market.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent management initiatives helping to identify and address talent gaps and succession planning needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in human resources business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 8 years experience in human resources/ recruiting / talent management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience identifying and testing Recruiting Tools Resources and Systems.
  • Experience working within/reducing a budget by improving inefficiencies
  • Identifying and qualifying Internal Talent for the team
  • Strong interpersonal organizational and critical thinking skills required
  • Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and managers
  • Team-player with the ability to motivate others to achieve optimal results
