We are looking for a Horizon Club Host based atIslandShangri-LaHong Kong!
As a Horizon Club Host we rely on you to:
- Provide personalized guest services with warm and attentive services
- Document guest preferences and assist with special arrangement as requested by the guests
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Provide F&B services to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently
- Assist guests withairline reservations confirmations handling of messages transportation arrangements city tours restaurant reservations etc.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hotel or Service Industry preferably in Front Office or Airline Operations
- Self-motivated and well organized individuals
- Excellent command of spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
