We are looking for a detail-oriented person with exceptional communication skills and computer proficiency to join us as a RESERVATION
You will be responsible for responding to guest enquiries and maximizing room revenue including handling all reservations via telephone email and online systems contacting potential new guests based on referral leads and assisting the reservation & ecommerce manager with administrative tasks.
Being able to multi-task manage your time efficiently and stay organized under pressure are critical and key to performing well in this role.
Requirements
Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
Good problem solving ability and proficiency in hotel property management systems.
Fluent in reading writing and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
Sales driven and self-motivated.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive and
professional demeanor.
Attention to details and meticulous.
Prior front desk or reservation experience is preferred.
