Job Description

About this Role
To support the effective delivery of IT projects and services within the region with a focus on demand management co-ordination of project execution and delivery of Legal Fiscal and Regulatory (LFR) requirements. This role acts as a key point of liaison between and will collaborate with regional business stakeholders functional IT teams and third-party service providers to ensure that regional priorities are translated into actionable work packages execution is co-ordinated and will ensure initiatives are effectively transitioned into ongoing operations. The role holder will also be responsible for the creation of documentation and training materials to support end-users and improve team knowledge transfer.

Accountabilities

  • Receive and triage IT-related demand from regional business stakeholders working closely with the Senior Manager Regional IT Operations.
  • Analyse document and clarify business needs to support appropriate routing and prioritisation.
  • Collaborate with functional IT teams to confirm ownership and track progress of regionally-relevant requests.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of regional or local IT projectsparticularly those linked to Legal Fiscal and Regulatory (LFR) requirementsensuring timelines quality and scope are maintained. Support all phases of the project lifecycle and contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Facilitate clear handoffs to support teams and ensure appropriate operational documentation is in place.
  • Work closely with the Senior Analyst Service Transition to ensure that all regional projects and changes adhere to established Service Design and Transition standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day coordination with third-party providers involved in regional project or LFR delivery. Align vendor deliverables with internal goals monitor progress against milestones escalate risks as needed and contribute to vendor performance reviews.
  • Engage with IT partners across Corporate Commercial and Global Operations/Supply Chain functions to align solutions and document regional business needs for delivery planning.
  • Communicate project progress risks and milestones to stakeholders clearly and regularly.
  • Prepare training communication and support materials and maintain project-related operational documentation to support change readiness.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve coordination vendor delivery or stakeholder satisfaction.



Skills and Experience

  • Comprehensive experience in coordinating IT project delivery in an FMCG or manufacturing environment ideally involving Legal Fiscal or Regulatory (LFR) requirements.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles with practical experience supporting project lifecycle phases.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with third-party vendors and manage external partnerships effectively.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Able to operate independently on routine project and support tasks while escalating complex or atypical issues appropriately.
  • Familiarity with service management principles and basic project governance practices.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
