As an IT Specialist you will be a crucial component in maintaining and enhancing our companys digital infrastructure. This role demands a proactive individual with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently manage IT systems and support various departments technology needs. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor streaming equipment using specialized tools to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Handle IT support requests for critical systems such as Dealer Modules Encoders Access Points and Switches.
- Collaborate with the development team to test new applications and coordinate with audio-visual security and IT teams to ensure seamless network operations.
- Maintain operational encoders and media servers to enable smooth live broadcasting swiftly addressing any issues.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and Shift Managers to resolve technical issues efficiently including replacing faulty equipment.
- Manage workstation configurations user access and internal procedures ensuring IT incidents are resolved within SLA timelines to avoid service interruptions.
- Oversee IT inventory perform audits and liaise with suppliers to address IT concerns with minimal disruption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least three years of experience providing hardware and software support in a technical setting.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows/Linux systems and managing Active Directory.
- Extensive experience in hardware and software installation configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and network management for reliable connectivity.
- A team player with excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
